1. Who Flarebook is for

Flarebook is for adults (18 and over) who want to record pelvic pain, bleeding, symptoms, medicines and treatments, and bring a clear summary to their doctor. It is a diary, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice (see the Terms of Use).

2. What stays on your phone

Everything you enter is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone:

• daily check-ins: worst pelvic pain (0 to 10), bleeding, how much pain got in the way, missed school, work or plans, and, if you answer them, pain during or after sex, pain opening your bowels or passing urine, blood in urine or stool, tiredness, bloating, nausea, mood, tags and notes;
• flares: when they started and ended, their worst score, where it hurt, and notes;
• medicines and doses: name, group, amount, time taken and whether it helped;
• treatments and your journey: hormone treatments and when they started or stopped, diagnosis and surgery dates, other conditions you choose to tag;
• what you chose during setup (your status, the symptoms that apply to you, current treatment) and your settings, including reminder times.

Cycle days, predictions, charts and the doctor report are worked out from this data on your phone. No server is involved, and we (AppsGenz) cannot see, read or recover any of it.

3. How it is protected

• The diary database is encrypted with AES-256 (SQLCipher). Its key is sealed by a key kept in your phone's secure hardware (Android Keystore) and never leaves the phone.
• Flarebook is excluded from Android's cloud backup and device-to-device transfer, so your diary is not copied to a Google account. Use a backup file instead (section 6).
• You can lock the app with a PIN and, if you like, your fingerprint or face. The PIN is kept only as a salted one-way hash (PBKDF2) and is never written to backups or exports.
• You can also hide the app in the recent-apps view and block screenshots (Settings → Privacy and security).

No method is perfect. Keep your phone locked, and keep exported files private.

4. What leaves your phone, and only when

This version of Flarebook does not have Android's internet permission, so it cannot send anything over the internet by itself. Data leaves the app only in these ways:

Health Connect (only if you turn it on)

Files you create

Backups, exports and the doctor report, only when you ask. See section 6.

Purchases

Right now every feature is free and nothing can be bought. If Flarebook Premium is offered later, it will be sold through Google Play: Google handles payment and your Google account, and we receive no card details. Google Play tells the app which purchase is active so it can unlock Premium on your phone. We will update this policy before that happens.

Ratings

The app may ask Google Play to show its rating window. Ratings and reviews go to Google Play, under the Google Privacy Policy, not to us.

Emails you send us

If you write to support@appsgenz.vn, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to answer you and delete it when it is no longer needed. Please do not send us your diary or health details by email.

5. Health Connect

Health Connect is Android's on-device hub where health apps can share data, with your permission. Flarebook's connection is off until you turn it on in Settings → Health Connect, and each direction is a separate switch:

• Bring in periods from other apps: Flarebook reads menstruation (period dates and flow) and spotting (intermenstrual bleeding) records from Health Connect and uses them only to fill in bleeding on days you have not answered in Flarebook. Nothing you typed is ever overwritten.
• Send your period days: Flarebook writes the bleeding you log (light, medium or heavy flow, and spotting) to Health Connect, so your other health apps can use them.

Flarebook asks only for these four permissions (read and write menstruation, read and write intermenstrual bleeding). Pain, symptoms, medicines, notes and everything else stay in Flarebook. Data read from Health Connect is stored only in your encrypted diary on your phone. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to build profiles.

Flarebook's use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can turn either switch off or remove Flarebook's permissions at any time in Health Connect. Records Flarebook already wrote to Health Connect stay there until you delete them in Health Connect.

6. Copies you make

Some features create files, only when you ask. Once a file leaves the app, whoever has it can read it, unless it is encrypted:

• Encrypted backup (.flarebook): your whole diary and settings, locked with a password you choose (AES-256-GCM, key derived with PBKDF2). Without the password nobody can open it, including us, and the password cannot be recovered. It does not contain your PIN.
• Spreadsheets (.zip of .csv files) and full export (.json): every record in readable form. These are not encrypted.
• Doctor report (PDF): a summary of the period you choose, with pain, bleeding, symptoms, medicines and treatments. It is not encrypted.

You choose where each file goes (a folder on your phone, a cloud drive, email, a messaging app). That service handles the file under its own terms.

7. Notifications, widget and Quick Settings tile

Reminders are scheduled on your phone; no server sends them. A reminder can mention the time of a flare or the name of a medicine. Flarebook marks its notifications as private, so on a locked phone Android hides their content unless you changed that in your lock-screen settings. The home-screen widget and the Quick Settings tile only add a pain score; they never show your diary. You can turn reminders off in Settings.

8. No ads, no selling, no profiling

Flarebook shows no ads of any kind. It has no advertising ID permission and no analytics, attribution or tracking SDK. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles or make decisions about you.

Consumer health data

Laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370 and Connecticut's data privacy law protect consumer health data. Flarebook processes your health data only on your phone, for the features you use. We do not collect, share or sell consumer health data, and we do not receive it at all, except anything you choose to write to us by email (section 4).

9. Keeping and deleting your data

• One day, flare, dose or treatment: open it and use the delete button.
• Everything: Settings → Backup and data → Delete all data erases everything on your phone.
• Uninstalling the app deletes its data from your phone. Files you exported stay where you saved or sent them.
• Health Connect: records Flarebook wrote stay in Health Connect until you delete them there.

Export and delete are always free.

10. Age

Flarebook is for adults 18 and over, and the app asks you to confirm this during setup. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly receive information from anyone under 18.

11. Your rights

Because your diary stays on your phone, you already control it: you can view, export, correct and delete it in the app at any time, and we have no copy to hand over or delete. For emails you sent us, you can ask us to confirm whether we have them, give you a copy, correct or delete them. We respond within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows) and will not treat you differently for using these rights.

If you are in the EU, the UK or another country with similar law, you also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority. US residents: we do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. If we decline a request, reply to our answer with "Appeal" and we will respond within 45 days; if you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.

12. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes (for example before any paid feature or internet connection is added), tell you in the app before they take effect. Questions or requests: support@appsgenz.vn.

1. Flarebook dành cho ai

Flarebook dành cho người từ 18 tuổi trở lên muốn ghi lại cơn đau vùng chậu, ra máu, triệu chứng, thuốc và điều trị, rồi mang một bản tóm tắt rõ ràng đến bác sĩ. Đây là nhật ký, không phải thiết bị y tế: app không chẩn đoán, không điều trị và không đưa lời khuyên y khoa (xem Điều khoản sử dụng).

2. Những gì nằm trên điện thoại của bạn

Mọi thứ bạn nhập chỉ được lưu trong bộ nhớ riêng của app trên điện thoại:

• ghi nhận hằng ngày: mức đau vùng chậu tệ nhất (0 đến 10), ra máu, mức đau ảnh hưởng đến sinh hoạt, việc phải bỏ học, nghỉ làm hay hủy kế hoạch, và nếu bạn trả lời: đau khi hoặc sau khi quan hệ, đau khi đi đại tiện hay tiểu tiện, máu trong nước tiểu hay phân, mệt mỏi, đầy hơi, buồn nôn, tâm trạng, nhãn và ghi chú;
• cơn đau: thời điểm bắt đầu và kết thúc, mức đau cao nhất, vị trí đau và ghi chú;
• thuốc và liều dùng: tên, nhóm, lượng, giờ uống và thuốc có giúp hay không;
• điều trị và hành trình: các đợt dùng nội tiết và thời điểm bắt đầu, ngừng; ngày chẩn đoán, phẫu thuật; các bệnh đi kèm bạn tự gắn nhãn;
• những gì bạn chọn khi cài đặt (tình trạng, triệu chứng áp dụng, điều trị hiện tại) và các cài đặt, gồm giờ nhắc.

Ngày chu kỳ, dự đoán, biểu đồ và báo cáo cho bác sĩ đều được tính từ dữ liệu này ngay trên điện thoại. Không có máy chủ nào tham gia, và chúng tôi (AppsGenz) không thể xem, đọc hay khôi phục bất kỳ dữ liệu nào.

3. Cách dữ liệu được bảo vệ

• Cơ sở dữ liệu nhật ký được mã hóa AES-256 (SQLCipher). Khóa của nó được niêm phong bằng một khóa nằm trong phần cứng bảo mật của điện thoại (Android Keystore) và không bao giờ rời máy.
• Flarebook không tham gia sao lưu đám mây và chuyển dữ liệu giữa các máy của Android, nên nhật ký không bị sao chép lên tài khoản Google. Hãy dùng tệp sao lưu (mục 6).
• Bạn có thể khóa app bằng mã PIN, và tùy chọn bằng vân tay hoặc khuôn mặt. PIN chỉ được lưu dưới dạng băm một chiều có muối (PBKDF2) và không bao giờ nằm trong bản sao lưu hay tệp xuất.
• Bạn cũng có thể ẩn app trong màn hình ứng dụng gần đây và chặn chụp màn hình (Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư và bảo mật).

Không cách nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Hãy khóa điện thoại và giữ kín các tệp đã xuất.

4. Những gì rời khỏi điện thoại, và chỉ khi nào

Phiên bản Flarebook này không có quyền internet của Android, nên app không thể tự gửi gì qua internet. Dữ liệu chỉ rời app theo những cách sau:

Health Connect (chỉ khi bạn bật)

Tệp bạn tạo

Bản sao lưu, tệp xuất và báo cáo cho bác sĩ, chỉ khi bạn yêu cầu. Xem mục 6.

Mua hàng

Hiện mọi tính năng đều miễn phí và không có gì để mua. Nếu sau này có Flarebook Premium, gói này chỉ được bán qua Google Play: Google xử lý thanh toán và tài khoản Google của bạn, chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thẻ. Google Play báo cho app gói nào đang hoạt động để mở Premium trên điện thoại của bạn. Chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật chính sách này trước khi điều đó xảy ra.

Đánh giá

App có thể yêu cầu Google Play hiện cửa sổ đánh giá. Điểm và nhận xét gửi tới Google Play, theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google, không gửi tới chúng tôi.

Email bạn gửi cho chúng tôi

Nếu bạn viết tới support@appsgenz.vn, chúng tôi nhận địa chỉ email và nội dung bạn viết. Chúng tôi chỉ dùng chúng để trả lời và xóa khi không còn cần. Vui lòng không gửi nhật ký hay thông tin sức khỏe qua email.

5. Health Connect

Health Connect là nơi trên điện thoại Android để các app sức khỏe chia sẻ dữ liệu, khi bạn cho phép. Kết nối của Flarebook tắt cho tới khi bạn bật trong Cài đặt → Health Connect, và mỗi chiều là một công tắc riêng:

• Lấy kỳ kinh từ ứng dụng khác: Flarebook đọc bản ghi kinh nguyệt (ngày hành kinh và lượng máu) và ra máu giữa kỳ (ra máu lấm tấm) từ Health Connect, chỉ để điền phần ra máu cho những ngày bạn chưa trả lời trong Flarebook. Những gì bạn đã nhập không bao giờ bị ghi đè.
• Gửi ngày có kinh: Flarebook ghi phần ra máu bạn nhập (ít, vừa, nhiều, và ra máu lấm tấm) vào Health Connect, để các app sức khỏe khác của bạn dùng được.

Flarebook chỉ xin bốn quyền này (đọc và ghi kinh nguyệt, đọc và ghi ra máu giữa kỳ). Cơn đau, triệu chứng, thuốc, ghi chú và mọi thứ khác ở lại trong Flarebook. Dữ liệu đọc từ Health Connect chỉ được lưu trong nhật ký đã mã hóa trên điện thoại của bạn. Dữ liệu đó không bao giờ được gửi cho chúng tôi hay bất kỳ ai, không dùng cho quảng cáo, không bán và không dùng để lập hồ sơ.

Việc Flarebook sử dụng thông tin nhận từ Health Connect tuân thủ Chính sách về quyền truy cập Health Connect, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng có giới hạn (Limited Use). Bạn có thể tắt bất kỳ công tắc nào hoặc thu hồi quyền của Flarebook trong Health Connect bất cứ lúc nào. Những bản ghi Flarebook đã ghi vào Health Connect vẫn ở đó cho tới khi bạn xóa trong Health Connect.

6. Bản sao bạn tạo

Một số tính năng tạo tệp, chỉ khi bạn yêu cầu. Khi tệp đã rời app, ai có tệp đều đọc được, trừ khi tệp được mã hóa:

• Sao lưu mã hóa (.flarebook): toàn bộ nhật ký và cài đặt, khóa bằng mật khẩu bạn chọn (AES-256-GCM, khóa sinh bằng PBKDF2). Không có mật khẩu thì không ai mở được, kể cả chúng tôi, và mật khẩu không thể khôi phục. Tệp không chứa PIN.
• Bảng tính (.zip gồm các tệp .csv) và xuất toàn bộ (.json): mọi bản ghi ở dạng đọc được. Các tệp này không được mã hóa.
• Báo cáo cho bác sĩ (PDF): tóm tắt giai đoạn bạn chọn, gồm cơn đau, ra máu, triệu chứng, thuốc và điều trị. Tệp không được mã hóa.

Bạn chọn nơi lưu mỗi tệp (thư mục trên điện thoại, ổ đám mây, email, app nhắn tin). Dịch vụ đó xử lý tệp theo điều khoản của riêng họ.

7. Thông báo, widget và ô Cài đặt nhanh

Lời nhắc được lên lịch ngay trên điện thoại; không có máy chủ nào gửi. Một lời nhắc có thể nhắc đến giờ của một cơn đau hoặc tên một loại thuốc. Flarebook đánh dấu thông báo của mình là riêng tư, nên khi máy khóa, Android ẩn nội dung trừ khi bạn đã đổi cài đặt màn hình khóa. Widget trên màn hình chính và ô Cài đặt nhanh chỉ thêm một mức đau; chúng không bao giờ hiện nhật ký. Bạn có thể tắt lời nhắc trong Cài đặt.

8. Không quảng cáo, không bán dữ liệu, không lập hồ sơ

Flarebook không hiện bất kỳ quảng cáo nào. App không có quyền mã quảng cáo và không có SDK phân tích, đo lường hay theo dõi. Chúng tôi không bán hay cho thuê thông tin của bạn, không chia sẻ cho quảng cáo, và không dùng để lập hồ sơ hay ra quyết định về bạn.

Dữ liệu sức khỏe người tiêu dùng

Các luật như My Health My Data Act của bang Washington, SB 370 của Nevada và luật quyền riêng tư dữ liệu của Connecticut bảo vệ dữ liệu sức khỏe người tiêu dùng. Flarebook chỉ xử lý dữ liệu sức khỏe của bạn trên điện thoại, cho các tính năng bạn dùng. Chúng tôi không thu thập, chia sẻ hay bán dữ liệu sức khỏe người tiêu dùng, và hoàn toàn không nhận được dữ liệu này, trừ những gì bạn tự viết cho chúng tôi qua email (mục 4).

9. Lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu

• Một ngày, cơn đau, liều thuốc hay đợt điều trị: mở mục đó và bấm nút xóa.
• Tất cả: Cài đặt → Sao lưu và dữ liệu → Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu sẽ xóa mọi thứ trên điện thoại.
• Gỡ cài đặt app sẽ xóa dữ liệu của app trên điện thoại. Các tệp bạn đã xuất vẫn ở nơi bạn lưu hoặc gửi.
• Health Connect: bản ghi Flarebook đã ghi vẫn nằm trong Health Connect cho tới khi bạn xóa ở đó.

Xuất và xóa dữ liệu luôn miễn phí.

10. Độ tuổi

Flarebook dành cho người từ 18 tuổi trở lên, và app yêu cầu bạn xác nhận điều này khi cài đặt. App không hướng tới trẻ em, và chúng tôi không cố ý nhận thông tin của bất kỳ ai dưới 18 tuổi.

11. Quyền của bạn

Vì nhật ký nằm trên điện thoại, bạn đã kiểm soát nó: bạn có thể xem, xuất, sửa và xóa trong app bất cứ lúc nào, và chúng tôi không có bản nào để giao lại hay xóa. Với email bạn đã gửi, bạn có thể yêu cầu chúng tôi xác nhận có lưu hay không, gửi bản sao, sửa hoặc xóa. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong 30 ngày (45 ngày nơi luật bang Hoa Kỳ cho phép) và không đối xử khác đi vì bạn dùng các quyền này.

Nếu bạn ở EU, Vương quốc Anh hoặc quốc gia có luật tương tự, bạn còn có quyền phản đối, hạn chế xử lý và khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu. Cư dân Hoa Kỳ: chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân theo định nghĩa của California Consumer Privacy Act và các luật bang tương tự. Nếu chúng tôi từ chối một yêu cầu, hãy trả lời email của chúng tôi với chữ "Appeal" và chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi trong 45 ngày; nếu chưa hài lòng, bạn có thể liên hệ tổng chưởng lý bang của mình.

12. Thay đổi và liên hệ

Nếu thay đổi chính sách này, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày ở trên và, với thay đổi quan trọng (ví dụ trước khi thêm tính năng trả phí hay kết nối internet), báo trong app trước khi có hiệu lực. Câu hỏi hoặc yêu cầu: support@appsgenz.vn.
